Is the Trijicon VCOG 1-6x scope high enough to let me sight above the FN15 front sight?

It depends on which model you have, but if it is the fixed front sight then no, you will see the sight at probably 1-2x and then beyond that mag it will kindof focus past the front sight, but you will always see a slight black blur in the image.

I ran one of those for years so I din't have the problem of seeing the black blur in my scope.  Its a good sight
