I would suggest a different scope, first off. That particular Bushy only comes with a mil reticle and MOA adjustments. It is a much easier to learn if the scope has matching reticle and adjustments. I also find that a FFP scope is easier to deal with, as I don't have to worry what magnification the scope is on when using the reticle for wind holds, because it will always be "correct". I would suggest looking at scopes in the Vortex HS/T line, as they are don't cost much more and have better features.

As far as getting the scope mounted, EGW makes a decent rail. I would suggest scope rings from TPS, Seekins, or Badger. I most instances aluminium works just as well as steel, as long as they from a good manufacturer. Most of the time you get what you pay for with rings. The exception to this rule is Talley ultra lights.
While not being "Tacti-cool" they perform as well as set-ups that cost hundreds more. The down side is, you can not introduce cant with them, so you have  more erector travel in your scope.
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
