Hello everyone.
I would like some input on the above mentioned binos. I will give them to a nephew for deer hunting in eastern North Carolina. The Sightrons are on sale and the ZenRays are bit more expensive, but within my budget. Both appear to be good, but I will not have a chance to look through them. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
The responses in earlier posts were always great and I thank you.

I just got a set of the SIII's that you mention and am using them in ..... eastern NC for deer.  They are very nice.  Well worth every penny they cost right no on the huge sale that SWFA is running.  Only grip is the pull out eyecups but there is a simple fix for it that works just great.

womens hair ties,  get it to the setting you want and put them hair ties in there to set the distance.  Been working great since I tried it a few weeks ago, I used black of course for it to blend in and you honestly can't tell they are on there unless you know what to look for.

Some individuals stack over-sized rubber rings under the push/pull eye cups.

Myself, I prefer the black, s t r e t c h y, elastic, ladies hair bands. (easier to get on & off)

For over sized push/pull eye cups, such as those found on the older Pentax PCF WP binoculars, I use larger, thicker hair bands.
