I have a 4-12x50 swaroski  with a BDC and at 4 power the field of view is clear and I can adjust the objective so the crosshairs are clear, I can go up to about 8 power and adjust it so both the field of view and crosshairs are clear but at 10 power the field of view is clear but not the crosshairs and at 12  everything is blurred.  Is there any other adjustment on this scope and if not what should I do?

Did you try adjusting the dioptric correction ring at the rear of the scope?

Adjust at the highest power and then it should be ok for most powers.

+1 on diopter
