Yes, it will work with just about all F-Mount Nikon Bodies.
The TLS-2, attaches to the Nikon F-Mount direct thread. Then you will be able to attach the TLS APO to the TLS2.
If you have already installed the adaption sleeve, then connect the camera to the spotter and begin digiscoping.
If you have not attached the adaption sleeve, you will need to remove the OEM eye cup. This simply twists out. If you look on the interior of the adaption sleeve, there is a notched alignment point or nipple. Line this up with the eye piece located on the bottom and slide it on. Then connect the new eye cup adapter for the TLS. You will thread this on the same way you took the other off.
Now that everything is install, slide the TLS and camera over the eye piece on the spotter and begin shooting.
Note, Auto Focus function is not going to be available, you will manually focus your exposure. Also as you increase the magnification the image will become darker. You can compensate by bumping up your ISO to help lighten the image.
Also shoot in RAW format, you will need post processing software like Adobe lightroom to see the images, but it is much more forgiving when cleaning up your photos for presentation.
