Oh Boy!!!

I just purchased a NOS ARMALITE AR10A4 .308/SS Match Bbl & 2 Stage trigger.
I came back here looking for options and I think I have found what I need.

Gonna take some for saving up to do this right the first time.

You are making a good choice, you will like it. My 2nd SS 1-4x will be arriving tomorrow.  They are a fantastic optic.

Make sure to get a good mount like the Bobro to go with it.  It will cost you an extra $200 but they are worth it.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

The Bobro is a very nice looking mount but more importantly it looks strong and secure.

This all will take me awhile to save up for but it should be worth the wait to just do it right one time.

I'm glad to see SWFA putting out it's own brand of optics.

I have always relyed on this forum for advice and have refered several friends for the same.

It was pretty easy this time though with this long thread and the good info here. I didn't have to start the what should I get thread.

Leaning towards the T-Rec/ un-capped & the Bobro mount. Cool

My first one is the T reticle.  This next one is the donut, on 1x it reminds me a lot of an Eotech.  It should be real fast.

I have trouble with the Eotech's.  I have aging eye's and need pretty strong reading glasses and also found out when trying to use the Eotech/red dots that I have Astigmatism so they really don't work for me as much as I'd like them to.
Was able to use shooting buddys set-up of the new Eotech with a magnifyer and it just shows as a blob. Very nice set-up but just won't work for me.
I just seem to do better with my scopes.

I just meant they have the circle reticle which helps to pull your eye to the center of it, which in turn helps you get on target quicker.

The T post vs the Donut of Death... tough choice.  Both are great

I really do need to get on of each. The T reticle and exposed turrets, and if I can find 30mm rings for a STANAG mount, the donut of death with caooed turrets.
Just need to fertalize the money tree.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

I over fertilized my money tree and it died. I have to rub the wife's feet and dust all the wooden blinds to get anything.
After the AR10 purchase I've gotta figure out a new approach.
