That does look cool.  I've seen a few dongle types that control the camera similarly but I haven't seen any that were smartphone controlled.

They're available now, but the one I was looking at is not compatible with my camera body. I sent them a message to see if it is something that can be addressed. Waiting to hear back. I may have to get one of these.

That's cool, but if your camera has Bluetooth, you should be able to remotely control everything with smartphone app. My Olympus E-M1 MKII has Bluetooth, and I can remotely trigger a shot, change aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, import photos, etc. from the Olympus OI Share app on my Iphone. I wish I could do that with my Nikon D800. The newest Nikon bodies are Bluetooth equipped. I don't remember whether your D810 has Bluetooth or not Sky. If it does, their Snapbridge app for smartphones will do everything you need.

Nope, Not the the 810. No BT or WiFi, just straight work horse.

Ah. I thought the D810 was given the Bluetooth treatment like the 850.
