I have a WWII Kollmorgan scope shell with no insides, & I have a Bearcub with the controls offset. Can anyone change the parts for me and provide the correct knobs?

I've read this place knows what they're doing, but has lengthy turn around times.

They are limited in the scopes they work on, mostly Weaver, Leatherwood, Redfield. Not sure they work on anything else. I've used htem, moderately pleased... they could not fix one scope I sent them, the other does not "fit" on Picatinny rail, as advertised... only on Weaver mounts. Scope is fine, just not what I thought I was getting.
