Gents! Just saw an ad today for the ultimate BBQ smoker! It is located about 10 miles from my house, so if anyone is interested in buying this once in a lifetime smoker, let me know and I'll go talk to the seller on your behalf and see if he will throw in some extras... like maybe 2 cords of wood for your first cookout.
The details: It comes on a trailer with 12 wheels. It's 76 ft long, weighs 40 tons, and has 24 doors. It includes a walk-in cooler, beer taps, a 40KW diesel generator, and an entertainment center. It must be pulled by a diesel tractor truck, so seller has it for sale as well as an option. It can be yours for only $350,000 (smoker only)!!!! Don't know the price for the truck, but I bet they'll make you a really good deal on it. This is no joke; this smoker actually exists. I've driven by it multiple times. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll be happy to get you in contact with the seller. No, Mark, they won't do layaway. For size comparison, here is my smoker: |

How many briskets did you say it can handle??
Even by Texas standards, that's OBSCENE!!

You could probably smoke somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 briskets at once. One can't underestimate the number of times that kind of efficiency comes in handy!

Nice smoker, Ted. I have a cheaper Oklahoma Joes that I got from academy.
That tractor rig smoker is ridiculous. You'd go broke trying to keep enough meat smoking in it to keep it from rusting even if somebody gave it to you. |

In the event folks weren't immediately clued-in to its origin and might think this thing was concocted in Delaware, it has a subtle Texas-shaped chrome motif on the rear. If you look closely, you might notice that detail in the photo. |

Actually, that would be great for the war against Islamic terrorists. Smoke a load of pork (we know they lust after pork) and make all of those lunatics die from the smoke or the finished product. Probably worse than beheading to them!

If we're not suppose to eat animals...how come they're made of meat?

I'm hungry for some reason after reading this thread. I don't understand it.
I could see that smoker going over big at the Ky. State Fair, or the Owensboro BBQ Festival. |

Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.
