I POSTED MY WEAVER T36 BACK TO THE US

The lens had turn very milky on the inside

IT COST AROUND 80 AU $ WITH INSURANCE TO POST IT

8 weeks later the scope came back in the same condition  With a note to say the scope was up to there

SPECIFICATIONS

I  have looked through 2 other T36  to compare it

WHERE DO I GO NOW

Thanks  guys

Don't take it personally, not sure what to tell you.

Is the lens usable or "milky" meaning opaque?

If it is hazy and meets their specs, I'd say sell it for what you can and move on.  I don't own Weaver scopes, but if they will return something that is even borderline unusable, I'd be done with them.

No scope repair shops there? Here we have shops like Ironsighter, Optical Services Company, etc. $80 would go a long way toward repair fees.
