Does anyone own a Winchester Model 1873 in 45 Colt? I really liked shooting one at the range in 357/38. I thought it would be nice to shoot the lever gun with my 45 revolver. Thanks.

If your talking a reproduction Winchester 1873 in 45 Colt, then yeah that would be fun, and there are several reproductions made now. Original Winchester 1873 in 45 Colt would be like finding hen's teeth. The 45 Colt cartridge originally had a very small rim, and was difficult for an extractor  to grab the rim to pull a fired round out of the chamber.
The rifle revolver combo of the old west was the 44-40. Of course now you could go with a 44spl./44Mag. combo.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

Of course Winchester never made an 1873 in 45 Colt.....only 44/40 and several other black powder pistol cartridges....but you can buy modern replicas in 45 Colt.
